It’s so easy to forget the importance of a good book and taking the time to read something that will empower you. Which is why I have carefully crafted a list of good reads for 2019.

We recently held our team reviews to see where we stand in our fourth quarter, what we can be doing better and how we will work to stimulate our well-being in and out of the office. I’m a firm believer that inspiration is all around us and that ideas just float by, leaving it up to us to snatch at an opportunity before it’s too late.

I’ve encouraged my team to stimulate their minds by finding inspiration outside of the industry and in some of the following awesome books. I am hopeful that each month we can take the time to read or re-read this list. I wanted to share the list with each of you as well because I can only hope that as a community we will continue to encourage personal and business growth for one another and for ourselves.
